Although a lot of hype, confusion, and even doubt have surrounded the raw foods scene in recent years, it is apparent that the lifestyle is not particularly complicated and leans heavily on a more pragmatic approach to eating. Raw whole foods supply us with the most potent dose of vitamins, minerals, and important enzymes, which keep us more alert and healthy and are naturally easy on the digestive system.
