MOJO SAUCE
Makes about 1 cup
If you’ve lost your mojo, this piquant sauce will give you the motivation to find it. I enjoy this sauce on coconut noodle dishes.
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lime juice
½ cup orange juice
½ tablespoon orange rind
¼ cup fresh cilantro
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon jalapeños
½ tablespoon dried oregano
1¼ teaspoons ground cumin
¾ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
TOOLS: High-speed blender
* Place all ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend on medium until well mixed.
Chef’s note: Mojo Sauce keeps, refrigerated in an airtight glass container, up to 1 day.
