Heirloom Quinoa Tabouli Salad
Makes about 8 cups
Tabouli originates from Lebonan and often used as a side dish, with it’s traditional primary ingredient as bulgur. I adapted this recipe and replaced bulgur with Quinoa ( pronouced keen-wah) which is considered the “mother grain” by the Incas – truly a nutritional powerhouse!
